Suesca, a municipality located in the north of the Cundinamarca Sabana has a cultural wealth fundamentally in pictograms drawn by tribes that inhabited the region before the arrival of the Spaniards, a very defined typographical relieve in which is outstanding a rock cordillera with a width of 2.7 kilometers and a maximum altitude of 197 meters. This is surrounded by the Bogotá river, the Suesca lake and the railway, all of which makes up an optimum scenario to carry out eco-tourist activities. It possesses a very extensive natural panorama and it is ideal for the practice of adventure sports such as ecological hikes, camping, horse rides, path walks, rappel, rock climbing, potholing, rafting and canoeing.
Rock climbing is a fascinating activity that requires, due to its nature and like every risk sport, the knowledge of techniques and security manoeuvres and the use of equipments and appropriate materials in order to carry it out with security and so enjoy the grandeur of this discipline. The difficulty of the route does not determine its attraction: this is influenced by the surrounding landscape, the type of rock, the climbing mates. It is always possible to find a route according to our experience and level. Our object is that you obtain the technical base so that you can acquire this experience with security and efficiency.
Objects of the course:

- Study and learn the techniques of progression, assurance and descend in the climb of various lengths.
- Know how to interpret surveys and maps of paths of various lengths.
- Gain confidence to scale itineraries of paths of various lengths through terrain equipped with total autonomy.
- Introduction. At the end of this course you can scale itineraries of one length totally equipped as the first in the cord with complete efficiency and security.

- Adequate clothes for the activity (light and comfortable).

Minimum requirements.
- Previous experience as a climber is not necessary.
- To be federated or have insurance for sporting activities that covers the activities to be carried out.
